This was a great course! The knowledge acquired from this course will help me to be a stronger and more effective facilitator and instructor when engaging students in my online class.

Good food for thought--thank you!

This course will help me utilize different communication techniques to build a good rapport with my students.

I really enjoyed this course. I will use what I learned in my own class.

We have just started online education and this was a good chance to check some of our practices and learn some new practices. Good course.

Overall this was a good course. It has refresher information for the veteran instructor and plenty of salient points for a beginner.

I found the information explained on how to communicate with students who procrastinate to be especially helpful. By reminding them of their original goals, and advising that procrastinating is not only prolonging their goals, but is also creating added stress, and the probability of poorer work which leads to a poorer grade, they may be enticed to better manage their time.

Interesting and challenging course. Material well developed and presented in logical manner. On Line instruction requires experience and a great deal of expertise.

Highly updated and relevant material for online teaching. Excellent course

I appreciated the course. I think that it is essential for all faculty members. I learned a lot and I will use that knowledge to help me, help my students.

I truly appreciate all of the training, extremely helpful and instrumental for our online teaching.

This was an excellent course, focusing not only on the topic at hand but also branching out into more general life skills, tying in educational theory in a way that feels very hands on and relevant. This was definitely the best course out of the EL series I have taken so far.

Excellent for Online Instructors, relevant to especially the COVID19 Times and the requirement for Students to Learn Online. Very helpful to several years of Instructing in the Classroom and Online. Thank you.

I will definitely return to this course to get references for online learning tips. This is a very well-constructed course.

I loved the specific examples such as exit slips! The 7 principles are also something I can share with my students (both instructor and student).

This course was very helpful and actually put a lot into perspective with my current online teaching. It helped me to understand some of the behaviors I currently see in my students.

This course was good for me to refine my online teaching methods. It will also help me with the classroom as well as some principles like time management is universal to all teaching models

This was an excellent course in that it provided opportunities to learn new skills and immediately incorporate them into practice. Practical information regarding communicating with student and assessing their readiness to participate in an online course was appreciated. I plan to incorporate strategies to encourage students to work ahead. I also plan to pay closer attention to those students that seem to be intimidated by online learning.

I found this course to be well-organized and informative. The modules were clear, concise, and easy to follow, making it easier to understand concepts related to online learning, time management, and non-technical skills. The inclusion of practical examples, self-assessments, and interactive components helped reinforce the material and made it easier to apply the lessons to real-life teaching and learning scenarios. I especially appreciated the emphasis on student engagement, goal setting, and communication strategies, as these are critical for success in online environments. The course also highlighted areas where instructors can support students in developing independent learning skills, which I found very valuable. Very extensive, and I am glad I chose this course.
