The material in the course was "great to know" information and certainly applicable to me, but the real benefit I got from this was going through and reading the various discussion forums. I love reading so many different opinions expressed in the answers to the specific questions. Priceless.

I found this course triggered self-reflection of my own soft skills. There were areas where I was made aware as to where I needed to improve; suggestions were offered on how to overcome the weakness.
